How to Order Custom Workwear

Ordering custom gear with Workwear Ink is simple. Whether you’re kitting out a crew of tradies, a sports team or a full business, you can build your order online in a couple of minutes and we’ll handle the rest.

Step 1 – Choose Your Garment

Browse our categories in the top menu – Mens, Womens, Kids, Workwear, Hi Vis, Accessories and more.
Click into the style you want (for example, polos, tees, work shirts or hoodies) and select the garment that suits your team.


Step 2 – Select Colours, Sizes & Quantities

On the product page:

  • Pick your colour
  • Choose the sizes you need
  • Enter the quantity for each size

You’ll see your pricing update as you go. Bulk discounts automatically apply on larger runs – no code needed.


Step 3 – Customise & Upload Your Logo

Click the Customise button to add your branding.

You can:

  • Upload your logo or artwork (PNG, JPG, PDF, EPS, or AI files)
  • Add text (like business name, taglines or nicknames)
  • Choose DTF print/embroidery options where available
  • Send a message to our team about placement or special requests

If you’re not sure, just upload the best file you have and send us a message – we’ll help clean it up.


Step 4 – Review Your Design & Add to Cart

Once you’ve set everything up:

  • Double check the garment, colour, sizes and quantities
  • Confirm your printing/embroidery options
  • Make sure your notes and logo look right

When you’re happy, click Add to cart.

You can repeat the process for other styles, colours or garments you need for your order.


Step 5 – Checkout Securely

When you’re ready:

  • Go to your cart
  • Review your order summary
  • Proceed to checkout
  • Enter your shipping and payment details

You’ll receive an order confirmation by email once it’s all gone through.


What Happens After You Order?

Once your order comes in, our team gets to work:

  • We check your artwork and contact you if we need anything clarified
  • For any new designs, we will always send a mock-up for approval
  • Your order is printed or embroidered in house
  • We pack and ship your gear to you as fast as possible

If you have a deadline (event date, opening, comp, etc.), send us a message and we’ll do our best to work with it.
