Refund policy
To ensure order accuracy and assist our customers in making the right choice, each product's individual sizing details are listed on their respective product pages. We understand that selecting the right size online can be difficult. However, please note that we cannot offer an exchange or refund for change of mind or incorrect sizing unless the garment is faulty.
Please choose carefully as refunds will only be applied if the product is damaged or deemed faulty.
If you believe the garment you have received is faulty, please reply to your order confirmation email immediately on receipt of the goods with an attached photo.
For a return to be considered, the issue or claim must be visually present in the delivered garments and must be the direct fault of Workwear Ink. If a return is approved, Workwear Ink may award the customer a full refund of the invoice OR a replacement free of charge.
All returns claims are subject to approval by Workwear Ink. Returning goods to Workwear Ink without official authorization of the return will not be recognized and will not be eligible for a replacement or refund.
Workwear Ink must be notified of your issue within seven days of the confirmed delivery date of your goods.
